About Latchiyapriya
I'm a BA BEd (english) student from Sastra university, Thanjavur. I wanted to become a teacher right from my childhood. I personally believe that a teacher plays the most important role in molding one's personality. A teacher is the one who can make real changes in the lives of the children. And... I want to teach because I love learning. Teaching is the best way to learn more new things.

I believe that learner based approach can do wonders. I usually prefer teaching methods which is suitable for the learners and often change my approach as per the outcome of the students. I will try to improve the participation of students in the classroom. And try to promote personalised learning. Instead of "a teacher giving lecture and students taking notes "class... The class in which the students learn with their peer members will make the learning even more fun filled and make the learners understand the concept.
