My teaching methodology is quite simple-1)Ensure the students get a clear understanding of the concept without mugging up just for marks. This way they can apply this knowledge in further stages as well.
2)To develop my interpersonal relationship with my students to become an approachable friendly figure that they can turn to anytime for a doubt clearing or brainstorming session without being hesitant.
