About Stephanie
Working with 201 students over 13 years of experience has shaped my understanding of the human voice. I split my time between performing in San Francisco and coaching singers around the world.
My background includes a BM in Guitar from Berklee College of Music, though my primary focus here is vocal health. I typically work with grade exam candidates, intermediate learners, hobbyists, and kids who want to sound better. Dealing with the nuances of head and chest voice or perfecting belting technique takes patience.
I help students navigate these shifts while keeping their unique sound intact. My approach emphasizes rhythm and phrasing to ensure you stay musical. You can expect a direct style that gets right to the mechanics of your performance. Most students find that clarity is the key to their growth.

Singing should feel easy. Every new student receives a diagnostic vocal assessment to identify their specific strengths and areas for growth. We spend time on warm-up exercises that prepare the vocal cords for better tone and resonance. My lessons focus on diction and articulation to ensure your lyrics land with impact.
Because I have 13 years of experience, I know how to adapt my feedback for kids or exam candidates. We use microphone technique to ensure you sound polished whether you are recording or performing live. Sight singing is part of our routine to help you become a more independent musician. You will find that we balance technical drills with the songs you actually enjoy singing.
