About Sharon

I have always enjoyed helping others with professional development, from CV reviews to interview practice. Through my work at Deloitte and involvement in interviewing, I have seen why many candidates struggle, often due to lack of guidance rather than ability.

I also run a charity programme teaching school students core workplace skills, and since moving to London, I regularly help contacts from Asia navigate the UK job market.

Teaching allows me to formalise something I have always done naturally: helping people gain clarity, confidence, and practical skills for their careers.

About the lesson

I am a Big 4 Management Consultant with over 7 years of experience at Deloitte Consulting, currently based in London.

I specialise in coaching students and early-career professionals who want to break into consulting, including Big 4, MBB, and Tier-2 firms. Having been on both sides of the table, I focus on what interviewers actually look for.

I can help you with:
- Consulting CV and cover letter review (UK & international standards)
- Case interview preparation (structure, problem-solving, communication)
- Behavioural and fit interviews
- Overseas consulting job searches (UK & APAC markets)

My coaching style is practical, structured, and tailored. Each session is customised based on your background, target firms, and timeline, with clear feedback and actionable next steps.

In addition to consulting coaching, I also offer Business & Professional English lessons, particularly suited for:

- Non-native speakers looking to sharpen Business English skills
- Job seekers looking to move to English-speaking markets

I am fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and have basic understanding of Malay.

Whether you are preparing for your first consulting interview, aiming to secure an overseas role, or looking to strengthen your professional communication, my goal is to help you approach the process with clarity, confidence, and a structured game plan.
