About Mrinmoy

Throughout my 20+ years of working in the corporate world, I have seen firsthand how powerful communication is. I have watched brilliant students miss out on jobs because they lacked the confidence to speak in interviews, and I have seen professionals struggle to advance simply because they couldn't present their ideas clearly.

I am not a traditional classroom textbook teacher—and that is exactly why my students succeed. My extensive corporate career has given me a deep, practical understanding of how English is actually used to influence, lead, and connect in the real world. Over the years, I have mentored dozens of young graduates entering the workforce, coached team members to speak with authority, and helped individuals overcome their fear of public speaking.

I decided to become a mentor on Superprof because I am genuinely passionate about helping the next generation. Whether you are a school student looking to build daily confidence, a college student prepping for your very first job interview, or a professional aiming for a promotion, I am here to share my real-world expertise and help you unlock your full potential.

About the lesson

My Approach & Teaching Philosophy:
I don’t teach English from a rigid grammar textbook. Instead, I bring the real world into our virtual classroom. With over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, I have mastered the art of impactful communication. My goal is to bridge the gap between academic English and the practical language skills you need to succeed in school, college, interviews, and your future career. I focus on building your confidence, polishing your vocabulary, and helping you speak naturally.

Who These Classes Are For:
School & College Students: Perfect for those looking to improve their essay writing, master public speaking, ace group discussions, and build overall confidence.

Graduates & Job Seekers: Designed for final-year students preparing for placement drives, resume building, and mock interview practice.

Working Professionals: Ideal for individuals who want to lead meetings, write professional emails, and present ideas effectively to leadership.

The Structure of a Typical Lesson
Every class is tailored to your specific goals, but a standard 60-minute session generally follows this roadmap:

The Warm-Up (10 mins): A casual, interactive conversation to get you comfortable speaking and thinking in English immediately.
The Core Skill (25 mins): We tackle a specific real-world skill (e.g., structuring a presentation, handling difficult questions, expanding vocabulary, or fixing pronunciation errors).
Practical Application (15 mins): Role-play activities, mock scenarios, or speech practice where you apply the skill right away.
Feedback & Action Plan (10 mins): Constructive, stress-free feedback highlighting what you did brilliantly and exactly what to focus on next.

My Distinct Features as a Coach:
Real-World Experience: I share practical, unscripted language insights that you won’t find in academic syllabi.
Tailored Learning Paths: No two students are the same. Your lessons are fully customized to what you need to achieve today.
A Safe Space to Fail: Making mistakes is the fastest way to learn. My classes are supportive, encouraging, and highly interactive.
