About Deise
I've been teaching classes/lessons since 2009. For 3 years I worked in two big schools, teaching dance and sports, also organizing eventos with at least 400 students. Through my classes I could motivate my students to work hard to achieve their goals, also to feel good about themselfs and how to live a healthy life. In the university I was a tutor in anatomy/ dance/ physical protocol training.

My name is Deise Costa, I am a personal trainer graduated in Brazil. I have a large experience teaching for all kind of ages, since kids with 8 years old until elderly with 81 years old. My classes are very dynamic and fun, and it's pleasure to help people.
