About Sandra
You stand tall and find your center before we sing a single note. It feels like a conversation about your body and your breath. I provide free access to my breathing and warm-up exercise notes to help you practice daily. Self-taught players often come to me for this missing structure.
I have 8 years of experience helping people manage performance anxiety. My BMus from the University of Miami Frost informs how I approach these technical aspects. We work through the nuances of resonance in a way that feels organic. You should feel comfortable asking questions as we go along.

Teens often walk into my studio terrified of their own voices. Stage fear is a physical reality.
I use my BMus from the University of Miami Frost to demystify the mechanics of tone and resonance. My teaching is rooted in the nueva cancion tradition of Chile. I help advanced learners refine their breathing control and build immense performance confidence.
It is a joy to watch that initial tension dissolve during our warm up exercises. I love seeing the growth in my hobbyist students.
