One of the best decisions I made as a parent was to give my son tuition from Abbey. She came recommended by a parent who had secretly used her, and now her son was in the top stream. It took three lessons for the results to start showing in class for my son; he could do much more in lessons and no longer hated the subject. Now I will use her for my younger daughter also, before any issues start. She is excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

Abbey has been great with our daughter. Homework used to be a real struggle at home, especially when she got stuck and didn’t know where to start. Since having lessons with Abbey, that has changed so much. Abbey helps her with her homework but, more importantly, makes sure she actually understands what she’s doing. She’s now able to take what she’s learned and use it in her schoolwork, and her teachers have even commented on how much she has improved. It’s been really lovely to see.

We first came to Abbey because our son was falling behind at school and had lost quite a bit of confidence. We weren’t really sure what he was struggling with, but Abbey quickly worked out where the gaps were and knew exactly how to help him. He caught up to his expected level much quicker than we thought he would, and he’s now actually working above it and doing really well. It’s been lovely to see such a big change in him. He’s much more confident with his schoolwork and doesn’t give up when he finds something difficult anymore. Abbey is so patient with him and always explains things in a way he understands. He really enjoys his lessons and we’ve noticed a huge difference in both his attitude and his results. We’re so glad we found her and would definitely recommend her.

I cannot recommend Abhey. highly enough. We have seen a real improvement in my daughter's results, but just as importantly, in her confidence. Things that used to feel difficult now make sense, and she actually looks forward to her lessons. She is not behind her friends anymore and the teacher is noticing improvements, little does she know Abhey is my secret weapon.

As a parent, I trust her completely: she is honest about where my daughter needed to improve, and I can see the difference, I love that when my daughter is really stuck on something going into the tuition she come out saying she is no longer struggling. I dont worry about her at school any more, and that is priceless.
