About Pratyaksha
Hi! I’m a BSc Life Sciences student at Miranda House, University of Delhi, where I study Botany, Zoology and Chemistry. I’ve always been curious about how living organisms work and how different concepts in Biology connect to the world around us.
Alongside academics, I’ve been actively involved in college activities and have taken up leadership responsibilities in student societies. These experiences have helped me become a better communicator, organizer and, most importantly, someone who enjoys working with and helping others.
I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy explaining things and sharing what I’ve learned. I know that Biology can sometimes feel like a subject full of complicated terminology and endless things to memorize, but I believe it becomes much more interesting when you understand the logic behind it.
As a tutor, I want to create a friendly and comfortable environment where students can ask questions without hesitation, make mistakes without feeling judged, and learn at their own pace. I’m happy to explain a concept in different ways until it really clicks!

I believe Biology becomes much easier when you actually understand what is happening instead of just memorizing pages from a textbook! My classes will be interactive, easy to follow and tailored to each student's pace and learning style.
I like using simple explanations, diagrams, examples from everyday life and interesting facts to make concepts easier to remember. Students can freely ask questions, clear their doubts and take their time with difficult topics without feeling pressured.
Along with understanding the concepts, I can also help with diagrams, revision, important questions, answer writing and exam preparation. My goal is to make Biology feel less like a subject you have to memorize and more like something you can genuinely understand and enjoy learning!
