I have been tutoring primary and high school students for over 3 years. My methods have helped students to increase their results by up to 30% and in some cases even obtain a distinction after struggling to pass. I tailor each program accordingly depending on the student's needs and learning ability. For example, a grade 12 student with results in the 50% region must likely spend more time developing an understanding of fundamental concepts whereas a student obtaining 70% and above may need to spend time solving practice problems and learn the way in which they are usually asked in order to improve their results. In general, there is no "formula" for success in a mathematical discipline besides for a positive attitude and a consistent work ethic.
