About Luís
My name is Luís Soares, I'm 19 years old and I study mechanical engineering at Uminho.
I practiced canoeing (3 years), at the moment I am a monitor/coach at Darque Kayak Club.
I also did swimming (3 years) and at the moment the only sport I take seriously is Streetworkout, @jaylou_sw.
Sport and fitness have always been present in my life and I NEVER needed to be stuck in a gym or pay monthly fees, (neither do you), leave your stuff and come see for yourself how much more pleasant and the results you can get with the "Outdoor gym"

Classes will always be either online at home or in a public streetworkout park, that is, you don't need any equipment or investment.
Stop paying that monthly fitness up fee and rely on calisthenics at a banal price. It all depends on you.
