Martha has a remarkable career as a spinto soprano. I have been taking lessons with her for more than 2 years now. With her help I have been able to accomplish with my voice things that I never thought I could do. She is a very kind person and has a great way to explain the singing technique. I really recommend her as a singing teacher, not only for grown ups but also for children.

I am Margarita Gomez and live in Mexico City. During the hard times of Covid 19 I took some classes called Recognizing my voice in which I learned to manage my repiration, to vocalize which helped me a lot due to my condition as a person with asthma.
Furthermore Martha introduced me to the fascinated world of the Opera and from there on I keep reading about this topic.
I can not forget her generosoty when she prepared and donated four concerts for our charity institution Food for all.
She herself coordinated a very important jesuit institution that helped poor students with shelter and meals to continue and accomplish their university degrees.

I've been taking singing lessons with Martha for a bit more than six months now. From the very beginning you can tell she definitely knows her art and the best way to share that knowledge. There's always something new to learn every week and something to talk about either about singing itself, her experience as a singer or basically any other topic, her lessons are most entertaining and interesting. I think it is important to mention that she's been very patient and kind with me, constantly helping me bring down barriers and reminding me how to overcome the obstacles I may face during the learning process.
