About Claire
Throughout all four years of high school, I tutored many middle school students in all subjects, as well as students in need over zoom. Through these experiences, I have learned how to break down difficult topics into more understandable lessons. Additionally, in my first year of college at CMU, I spent many hours each week with my TAs and professors in office hours, thus deepening my understanding of math and statistics and giving me new insight into the most effective aspects of tutoring.

I am currently a freshman at Carnegie Mellon University, studying mathematics and statistics. I have taken math through multivariable calculus as well as statistics, matrices, linear algebra, and discrete math. I am also strong in physics mechanics, as well as have tutored in essay writing. I am fluent in French. I love tutoring because I love watching students grow by adjusting the way I teach to each individual.
