About Daniel
I am a secondary school student who loves maths and wants to make it more accessible. Unlike many teachers, who want students to simply memorise how to solve different types of problems, I prefer to help my students understand the maths behind it, allowing them to achieve great results with some hard work.
I got a grade 9 on my maths GCSE, 2 years early. I also got into the Cayley Olympiad a year early in year 8, and got a silver medal in it in year 9.

I did my GCSE 2 years early and got the highest grade after limited preparation. The knowledge and skills I gained from this would allow me to quickly bring students to the necessary level. I have experience in tutoring, having tutored classmates for years, allowing me to effectively use my knowledge to help others. My lessons will be individually tailored, but will also roughly follow the school curriculum or existing preparation resources unless a non-standard approach is needed. Apart from ordinary preparation for GCSE, I can help study for 11+, 13+ and UKMT challenges and Olympiads, as well as simply deepening students' understanding of maths.
