I am a certified 500 RYT yoga instructor with extensive training and experience. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Costa Rica and my 300-hour advanced training in India, deepening my understanding of yoga’s physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. My approach is holistic, integrating mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and a chakra-based practice to help students achieve balance and well-being.
