About Riju

Computer science engineer passionate about teaching and yoga. I also teach fitness and nutrition. I regularly handle clients from the US, Canada, Germany, and all parts of India. I can also handle children and take group yoga sessions both offline and online.

About the lesson

*Currently all my classes would be online only, on Skype/Zoom/Google Meets.

I prefer one to one teaching and concentrate on giving individual attention. Everyone's body is different and grasping power is different too so they have their own unique requirements. To be an effective teacher I believe in giving full attention to each of my clients and try to accommodate all of their requests.

A typical yoga class would start with some breathing routines followed by few repetitions of Surya Namaskars after which there will be a series of asanas.

I'm registered under Yoga Alliance as a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and I've also pursued anatomy courses to better understand the human body.

I take clients from all age groups, all you need is a yoga mat and some space to practice :)

Perfect! I am a beginner to the practice of yoga, and I was afraid of not being able to do it, but with Riju was super patient with me and gave me confidence that I was able to do it, she is an amazing teacher with a very good didactics, each class is a unique experience and I learn something new.

- INR 4,200 per person per month for 12 classes (3 days per week)
- INR 5,200 per person per month for 16 classes (4 days per week)

Weekend classes:
