About Andres

My resume emphasizes my career accomplishments and validates my creative, instructional, and leadership abilities. Over the past 10 years, I had the pleasure to instruct a diverse group of students ranging from all ages (K-Adult). As a result, I have developed highly successful teaching techniques and instructional methods that allowed me to educate all styles of learners. About the lesson

My greatest asset as an educator is meeting my students at their unique and appropriate learning level. I do this by developing a personal understanding of the student and then setting a realistic goal that will motivate toward student attainment. By observing and assessing students as unique learners, I can tailor a lesson to accommodate multiple ages and intelligences. In addition, I offer one-on-one and after-school support to ensure that all students are able to comprehend the learning materials and develop their personal skills. My objective is to increase student enthusiasm, responsiveness, and understanding of the arts.
