About Tejal
I'm a former divorce attorney who got burned out and left my career 10 years ago to teach children the tools that adults need to know how to handle stress but never learned. It's my passion to connect and empower kids with stress relief tools like mindful breathing, yoga movement and meditation that they can carry into adulthood.

It's my deep passion to help children manage stress, through mindful breathing, building emotional regulation and yoga movement through play-based techniques. A typical lesson will meet children where they are at. Each lesson will focus on a different emotion, we'll discuss how to express them and how to move them out of our body. I'm an expert at children's mindfulness and have been teaching at schools and universities for 10 years. The lessons are for kids 4+. For younger kids (4-6) parents can be present to help them stay focused. What sets me apart is that I'm a world-leading expert on mindfulness and meditation for kids and my book Meditation for Kids is available internationally.
