About Arpita
Hello! I'm Arpita, a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping students improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. My classes are beginner-friendly, supportive, and focused on individual growth rather than competition. I combine asanas, pranayama, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness practices to create a balanced experience. I also like to make sessions engaging with positive energy, occasional bhajans, and practical tips that students can apply in daily life. My goal is to help you build strength, flexibility, confidence, and inner peace while enjoying the journey of yoga.

So not going to teach only in traditional way my class will be mix of fun doing yoga with bhajans and helping students improve their physical and mental health. The classes are mixed of asanas pranayama and meditation.
The class is for all age groups especially who are suffering from diseases like obesity back pain etc.
