About Lila
Hey I'm Lila, a fitness trainer looking to share her passion and knowledge of the fitness world to empower other women to feel strong and confident in their bodies and in the gym. I have over two years of experience working in a gym environment as a group fitness coach. During this time, I have also developed my one-on-one coaching and programming skills, working with a wide range of clients across different ages, fitness levels, and goals.
Coaching and training have always been a genuine passion of mine. I have a strong personal love for the gym and strength training, and I bring that energy and enthusiasm into every session I deliver. I am highly motivated by helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in their own training journey, especially women who are new to the gym or looking to build confidence with weights.
My coaching style is supportive, structured, and education-focused. I believe in building strong foundations first through correct technique and movement patterns, then gradually progressing intensity as confidence and strength improve. I aim to not only guide clients through workouts, but also help them understand how to train effectively on their own long-term.

My coaching approach focuses on building strength, confidence, and sustainable long-term results through safe, effective, and evidence-based training. As a certified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) I provide structured, supportive, and goal-focused sessions for every client.
I specialise in strength training and body recomposition, with a strong focus on helping women feel confident in the gym. My priority is teaching correct technique and movement patterns first, then progressively building strength and intensity as clients improve. I also place emphasis on education so clients understand how and why they are training, helping them build independence and long-term consistency.
Sessions typically run for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the client’s goals. Each session includes a warm-up, strength-based training, and targeted accessory or conditioning work where appropriate.
