About Aurora
Let me introduce myself, I'm Aurora, a lifelong enthusiast of holistic disciplines and Ayurveda. I decided to pursue my greatest passion and dedicate myself wholeheartedly to yoga and its promotion. I am certified as a 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and am currently completing the 500-hour course. I practice and teach two main styles: Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. In Vinyasa, we work with the body in a more dynamic and active way, harmoniously developing strength and flexibility. It's a flowing, warming style, wonderful for starting the day with the right energy, or even, why not, for stretching after a long day sitting or in uncomfortable, repetitive positions. Yin Yoga, on the other hand, is a slower, more passive style, practiced coldly, and works on the body's deep tissues, thus keeping the fascia, joints, and cartilage youthful and healthy. Perfect for ending a tiring day and recharging your batteries, regaining flexibility, and combating insomnia! I currently coach private students who rely on me for one-on-one lessons, both online and in person, outdoors.

My method is free and flexible to the student's needs; together, we evaluate what to work on and where to focus each class, both physically and mentally and energetically. I always offer modifications for the various asanas (postures) performed on the mat. Because I firmly believe in one thing: Yoga is for everyone, and everyone deserves it!
