About Anastasia
Hello and welcome! I’m a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher (200H RYT – Yoga Alliance). I've been practicing yoga since 2018, and teaching for over 2 years — it’s been a beautiful journey. Yoga helped me connect deeply with my body and breath, and now I love helping others do the same. I’m based in Athens (Greece) but I teach students worldwide thanks to online platforms. I speak both English and Greek, so we can practice in whichever language you prefer. My teaching style is warm, encouraging, and down-to-earth — I believe in making yoga accessible, joyful, and real. I’m here to support you — whether you’re just starting or looking to deepen your practice.

My classes are dynamic and fun, based on Vinyasa Flow and movements that build both strength and flexibility. Each session is personalized — whether you're just starting now or have experience, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Want to work on handstands or inversions? I’ve got you! I love helping students explore balance in a safe, playful way. You can practice with me: One-on-one online (Zoom or your favorite platform) In a small group (2–3 people) Or in person at your home (Athens area) My goal is to create a supportive, relaxed space where you feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered. Languages: English and Greek. And the first class is free — just to see if we vibe!
