About Andjela
I am a certified yoga instructor with over eight years of personal yoga practice and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification completed with Trikona Yoga in Morocco. Yoga has become an important part of my life, helping me develop greater strength, balance and inner calm. As a teacher, I create a warm and supportive environment where every student can feel comfortable, confident and encouraged. My approach is patient, mindful and personalized, with a strong focus on safe movement, proper alignment and connecting the body with the breath.

My online yoga classes are a welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and move with intention. Each lesson is thoughtfully adapted to your level, personal needs and goals, whether you are a complete beginner or already have yoga experience. Together, we will work on flexibility, strength, balance and mindful breathing at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel calmer, stronger and more connected to your body, both during the class and in your everyday life.
