About Alessandra
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2012 and teaching since 2019, mostly private classes as a love the one to one vibe. I’m French and used to work in Paris as a financial auditor, I decided to change life and come to Australia to discover new horizons.

I love teaching yoga because I think it’s a powerful tool each one should be able to use in his/her life.
Vinyasa yoga would helps you get stronger, more flexible, work on your balance and focus on the mat but out in life too.
Yin yoga would be a great way to relaxe, learn to let go and a nice break in your busy life.
