Welcome to my holistic wellness journey!

In 2000, I encountered a life-changing experience when acute sciatica led me to discover the transformative power of Yoga. Within a mere week, I found relief from pain and ignited a profound passion for holistic health. This pivotal moment sparked my transition to a whole food plant-based lifestyle in 2003. Motivated by this shift and a newfound dedication to wellness, I pursued certification as a Health Educator and expanded my expertise to include certifications in traditional and trauma-informed yoga, as well as children's yoga instruction and plant-based nutrition.

Today, my focus lies in sharing my wealth of knowledge with others. Whether it's working closely with private clients, crafting corporate wellness programs, or collaborating with local wellness professionals, my mission remains steadfast: empowering individuals on their journey to optimal health. I extend my reach globally by leading retreats worldwide, serving as both a yoga instructor and a chef, guiding participants through holistic wellness experiences.

My services also extend to private chef offerings for vacations or corporate events, along with facilitating classes on healthy cooking. Locally, I am deeply committed to community engagement, and partnering with non-profits to advocate for balanced nutrition and mindful movement.

In my yoga practice, I urge my students to reflect on how they can seamlessly integrate the lessons learned on the mat into their daily lives. For me, yoga transcends mere physical postures; it's about navigating life's path beyond the mat. Each day, I challenge both myself and those around me to embrace the gift of wellness, one breath, one movement, and one bite at a time.
