About DeChaun
I worked my way up the line at some very prestigiousand competitive places. While I'm eternally grateful for my experience and everything I was able to learn along the way,I found the most fulfillment teaching and engaging with clients. I got my first taste of teaching people how to cook while working at a drug and alcohol rehab. I'm very patient and am accustomed to tuning the lesson or product to match the students abilities. I love diving into the history and origin of foods and cultural dishes as well.

From various hotels and resorts, to higher end fine dining establishments working at restaurants owned by Gordon Ramsay, Robert Del Grande and other local chefs.
