About Cherie
I am a registered associate nutritionist with a masters and bachelor's degree in nutrition and food safety (UK).
My aim is to inspire others to learn more about the relationship between nutrition and health.
Food is something that we think about and engage with so much on a daily basis, yet we know so little about having good nutrition and also how having good nutrition is beneficial for us.

I offer a completely tailored approach, to help you:
- manage eating better alongside a busy professional and social calendar
- learn to cook delicious meals which support your health & fitness goals
- find balance in their eating habits and quit yo-yo dieting for good
- reach a healthy weight in a sustainable way
- repair their relationship with food and eating
- make long-lasting, sustainable improvements to their overall health & wellbeing
My sessions are a mix of 1-to-1 coaching and practical cooking sessions, depending you want and need the most (all online)
What I DON'T do:
- write meal plans of any kind
- summer shreds or restrictions
- body or diet shaming of any kind.
