About Martina
I am an adept of Kundalini Yoga since I met it 8 years ago. After a month of practicing it I felt its healing power and when the moment came, I began to teach it. I am teaching all the groups: children, adults, pregnant, elderly, disabled. It is the Yoga that transforms your personality and brings your innate inner power to the world to show your best version! I have Hatha yoga training and now I am doing the official formation of Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini yoga is taught from the base of postures, breathings and meditations and gradually progresses increasing the times and difficulty of the exercises. Anyway, the teaching is very personal, all the exercises can be adapted and get the benefits which are more physical and emotional stamina, inner peace, better life allover.
