Suzanne literally is unable to taste half of what she cooks due to her being allergic to so many things, yet in spite of this she is still able to cook some of the best tasting food I’ve had the pleasure of eating. Can we talk about talent? Because it takes no less than a wizard to be able to cook amazing food without tasting it! That right there makes her the Dumbledore of cooking. She’s not just a cooking teacher, she’s a cooking headmistress, and one of the most talented people to learn from.
