Trishna ma'am is very knowledgeable and is an amazing teacher. Her method of teaching is unique and very interactive. Student -teacher bonds play a crucial role in the learning process and Trishna ma'am goes away from the precept of rote learning ,making classes very fun and interactive.I still remember how Trishna ma'am acted like a patient and gave the students a problem to solve ,daring students to diagnose her ailment thus lighting the curiosity in our minds and testing us .The best part is that you learn more than just the textbook , you learn more be it a interesting subject related phenomena across the globe or another small fact you didn't know. ( I still remember the fact that how ma'am told us the smell of rain is due to geosmin by actionomycetes) .Out of the text book learning is crucial in today's world marred by many biological problems of climate change,global warming, deformation and species extinctions to name a few.To provide us a on field learning experience on plant morphology and anatomy, Trishna Ma'am took the class on a visit to the Lalbagh Flower Show, where we could see the different inflorescences,species of flowers etc and it was a highly memorable experience. A picture is worth a thousand words and the visit was a testament to that.Trishna ma'am this strikes a fine balance between fun and play. She is strict and at the same time very approachable. One of the best biology teachers whose methods ensure you still remember most of what you learnt . ( I still remember almost all of 11th grade biology hehe)
