hi,
I'm a student at my local college and I currently study criminology, graphic design and photography (if you need any help with them I will be happy to help).
I graduated from my high school in 2020, I the school I went to wasn't very good but i used my spare time to study and revise because of that.
my grades for my high school:
maths - 4
science 4-3
English literature - 5
English language - 4
music - 5
geography - 6
media studies - lvl2distinction
child care - lvl2pass
my expected grades in college:
criminology - B or A

I like to start my lessons with games to do with topics that way the person mind is engaged.
I will then either give them a starter sheet or go straight into the lesson but I will only give them short tasks at first as it as been proven that a child's mind can only concentrate properly for 15 - 20 minutes at a time,
I like to progress to harder learning as the lesson goes on but if they start to struggle I like to come back to the point they exceeded in and start from there again
I don't believe in shouting at children, it doesn't get either of you anywhere instead I like to sit and talk to them calmly and discuss the issue
I want to be able to not just help them in their chosen skill I would like to help them gain confidence and have someone new to talk to during quarantine if they are feeling lonely.
