About Kayla
"Teaching 406 students has taught me that the voice is a deeply personal instrument. Sometimes I forget that singing in public is still a terrifying prospect for many hobbyists. My classes serve intermediate learners and grade exam candidates who want to refine their sound.
I emphasize vibrato control and pitch control while keeping the process enjoyable. My Bachelor of Music in Popular Music supports every technical adjustment we make together. I incorporate my heritage of bolero and cumbia into the way we approach phrasing. You will find that my approach to instruction is quite gentle."

Microphone technique is just as vital as your performance confidence when you are on stage. My lessons integrate genre styling for pop, classical, and musical theater to broaden your capabilities. You receive recorded warm-up routines shared for daily home practice to keep your voice in shape.
We build your harmony singing skills so you can support others or lead your own group. Success in music happens one note at a time."
