About Gary
Most of my university courses were in biology and ecology, with graduate degree in geography. My favorite course to teach has been physical geography, which is a survey of how our planet works from earthquakes and volcanoes to ocean currents, storm systems and climate change. For clarity on challenging topics, my tutoring follows where the student ventures.

I simplify basic earth science, biological science and math concepts without compromising content. I taught how the Earth works from atmosphere to deep ocean with first hand field experience from tropical rain forests to California deserts and mountains. Textbooks don't tell the entire story. Prefer high school and community college level students.
