About Sophia
Hello! I’m Sophia Bennett, and I genuinely enjoy helping students become more expressive, confident, and creative through supportive mentoring and practical vocal coaching systems. With 8 years of experience teaching singing to beginner and advanced students, I focus on helping learners improve technically while also building confidence and long-term artistic growth through personalized one-to-one guidance. I completed my studies at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I specialized in vocal performance and music education. My teaching style is warm, motivating, and highly student-focused so students always feel supported while improving naturally at their own pace. I received the Golden Resonance Inspiration Medal and the Aurora Voice Leadership Trophy for helping students strengthen vocal confidence and expressive performance skills through personalized mentoring systems. Outside teaching, I enjoy recording acoustic covers, studying live concert performances, exploring vocal storytelling techniques, and mentoring students interested in future creative careers.
