About Sage
With 9 years of tutoring experience and a master’s degree in Applied Physics, I bring both expertise and passion to teaching. I specialise in guiding students through the wonders of optics and wave mechanics. My lessons cover everything from reflection and refraction to diffraction and electromagnetic applications. I emphasise ray tracing techniques to help students visualise how light travels and bends. Complex topics like interference become easier with real-world examples and practical demonstrations. I also link wave phenomena to technologies in photonics, imaging, and telecommunications. My teaching is structured yet flexible, designed to meet individual learning needs. Students preparing for advanced exams benefit from focused practice and clear explanations. I encourage them to think critically, experiment with problem-solving methods, and ask deeper questions. Physics reveals the hidden patterns of our universe. I aim to make learning both enjoyable and inspiring, showing students how waves connect science to the world we experience every day.

My teaching approach combines clarity, structure, and practical application. I focus on helping learners see how Physics relates to engineering problems in structures, materials, and fluid systems. By doing this, the subject becomes less theoretical and more hands-on. I believe in simplifying complex concepts into smaller, easy-to-follow steps. Whether we’re analysing wave motion or statics in beams, lessons are paced carefully to build understanding. Real-world case studies help students connect equations to everyday designs. Students aiming for exams benefit from guided practice and strategies for efficiency. Career switchers, Physics teachers, and computational physicists receive tailored support to connect their learning to professional goals. Physics is not only about passing exams—it is about thinking logically and applying knowledge to solve real challenges. My goal is to help students achieve both academic success and confidence in practical problem-solving.
