About Natasha

I am a professional voice coach with over 2 decades of singing and performance experience based in Vancouver, BC. I teach within the pop/ musical theatre/ soul/ blues/ folk and jazz genres. I am passionate about continuing to learn more about my instrument and being able to give the knowledge I have and continue to gain back to my students is extremely rewarding and fulfilling for me.

About the lesson

Learning how to sing with healthy and sustainable technique is at the core of my lessons, whether you are preparing for an audition or you want to develop your vocal skills for fun! Other fundamental concepts that students cover in my voice lessons are anatomy of the voice, vocal hygiene, artistry and performance. With every student, I start by understanding what their goals are and the type of music that they want to learn. From there, classes are tailored to fit each student’s goals, age and level.

My top priority as a voice instructor is to create a safe space for students to express themselves authentically, and to equip students with musical tools that will empower them to create with confidence and to sing pieces they are passionate about.

Rates:
$80/ hr online lessons
$80 + $25/ hr in person lessons, (additional $25 is to cover rehearsal studio rental fee)

This first lesson offered with Natasha will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details

Cancellation policy: Life happens, I totally get it. I just request that you give me as much notice as you can if you need to cancel an appointment (24 hours minimum).

No-show appointments: I will wait for 5 mins in the case that the student is running late. I will then call student on contact number provided. If there is no answer and student and does not show arrive 15mins after the start time, the lesson is forfeited, and will not be rebooked.

Cancellation by me: In the rare case that I am not able to teach a scheduled lesson due to illness, traffic, extreme weather, unforeseeable event, etc. I will work with student to re-schedule a make-up lesson for another time.
