About Rohan

It was a nice sunny day on July 24th, 2016 at JFK international airport, New York. The Plane landed around 3:00 pm. I was excited to see my brother after four years. As I landed to the airport I came out to the arrival hall where my brother was standing with flowers in his hand. Memories passed through my mind. Just two months ago I received one of the biggest award that a student can get in Pakistan. Chief Minister of Punjab awarded me high honor roll. I got my high school degree from one of the best school in Pakistan known as ‘Punjab group of colleges’. People refer United States as the land of opportunities and which is absolutely true because from the time I have arrived all I have done is growing more and grabbing the opportunities. Currently, I am gaining my knowledge on Chemistry at Mercer county community college. It is true that hard work pays off that’s why I was fortunate enough to be a member of PTK and American Honors at Mercer County Community College. I will be graduating with an associate degree in chemistry this summer and I have received an honor to study Chemical Engineering at Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering as a transfer student starting fall 2018. Additionally, I am associated with ‘Peer Fellow Tutoring Program’ and have been tutoring Chemistry and Mathematics for past two semesters at mercer county community college. I have been trying to remain involved with the fellow students to help them understand the concepts of Chemistry and Mathematics. For that objective, I also created a YouTube channel, "Control Science by Concept" to help the student not only in my college but around the sphere.
My upcoming goal is to expand my knowledge and learn new skills to enhance my capability of solving problems and develop new methods to crack the existing complications. My current goal line is to get a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer and my long-range goal is to be a researcher in the fields of organic chemistry and pharmaceuticals. With the help of which, I am enthusiastic to devise new approaches and medications to cure deadly diseases like cancer, with the intention of saving what’s important.
I want to take full advantage of this opportunity as I know the significance of this Job. This Job will play a role of propeller in my winding way to success. I am assured that, I will make their money worth by putting all my efforts and help them achieving their academics goals.

About the lesson

Teaching method involves:
1. delivering the lecture
2. Discussion on the involved topics
3. Assignments on the previous lecture
4. Quiz
5. Exam after four lectures
I will be doing teaching in order to make student think not memorize, Learn the material and apply that to practice that in the practical field.
