About William
I have been teaching for 15 years and am a fully qualified chef and teacher, I have taught in Schools Collages and prisons over the years teaching NVQ's level 1 & 2 and GCSE food tech, food hygiene, nutrition as well as BTEC. Class ranges from 30-8 students per class.

I have been a chef for 25 years and have been teaching for 15 years in various establishments, schools, colleges, and prisons. I am informal and make the lesson's enjoyable practical, teaching the basics from basic knife skills, stocks, sauces, soups, healthy dishes and anything the student would like to learn. I will also include nutrition and food safety in the lessons.
