About Kerrie
I have 35 years experience in the food industry as a recipe developer, food editor and caterer. From creating for magazines to catering for private parties I have experience in all areas of the food world.
I wish to inspire everyone from the existing foodies to those who don't believe they can bring a new, exciting, yummy meal to the table throughout the nights of the week. I have worked intimately for magazines such as Home Beautiful, New Idea and Better Homes and Gardens and a caterer for parties/ corporate events. My passion lies in the creativity of food and the fun of new, unique recipes as well as there beauty/ presentation.

Hi There!
I would love to share with you my experience, tips and innovative recipes that will create excitement in your kitchen from mainly existing pantry items. Every night of the week will be a new, easy, wholesome meal to bring into your home with hands-on teaching. Any food technology assessments/ tutoring welcomed.
Our classes would be one on one or bring a couple of friends/partner in my own home or yours (if nearby) or via Zoom. I am a true people person and classes will always be enthusiastic and exciting (bring your friends and a glass of wine). Lessons range from 30 minutes (30 minute classes are online only) to 2 hours. As simple as quick weeknight meals for one or a family to step by step baking and desserts or special, exciting meals for friends/ occasions.
