About Matthew
I'm a CRLA Level 2 certified tutor, which is a nationally recognized tutoring certification that reflects both my knowledge of chemistry and my ability to teach it effectively. I've been tutoring at the university level for over a year, working with students across General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry 1, and Organic Chemistry 2. I take tutoring seriously. I'm a CRLA Level 2 certified tutor at my university, where I work with students in General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry 1, and Organic Chemistry 2. Chemistry can be brutal, and I get that. I've sat through these courses too. My goal is to figure out exactly where things stopped making sense for you and build back up from there. We won't just run through practice problems; I want you to actually understand what's happening and why. Sessions are different every time depending on what you need. Sometimes that's slowing way down on a concept, sometimes it's drilling mechanisms back to back before an exam. If you're an undergrad struggling in any of these courses, I'd love to help.
