About Rebecca

Hey everyone! I’m Teacher Rebecca from Taiwan. I’ve got nearly a year of teaching experience. I can teach in both Chinese and English, and I also speak a bit of Russian. I’m a CTCSOL certified teacher and offer various Chinese courses like Pinyin, HSK, YCT, and Business Chinese. I understand the challenges of learning Chinese at any age, so I create personalized courses based on your habits and interests. My classes are super fun and engaging. About the lesson

Regarding my teaching, I adjust them according to the age, learning goals and individual differences of my students. Here are different teaching methods for children and adults:

Teaching children:

• Gamified teaching: Learn through games and fun activities such as songs, handicrafts and other activities to stimulate their interest and participation.

• Visual teaching: Use rich pictures, charts and animations to help children understand Chinese vocabulary and sentence structure, and enhance memory and comprehension skills.

• Interactive teaching: Through interactive dialogue and role-playing with children, let them apply the knowledge they have learned in real situations and improve their language expression ability and communication skills.

• Storytelling: Arouse children's imagination and curiosity by telling interesting stories or making picture books, while skillfully incorporating Chinese vocabulary and grammar.

Adult Teaching:

• Immersive learning: Provides a Chinese environment with real-life scenarios, such as simulated business meetings, travel exchanges, etc., allowing adult students to experience the actual application scenarios of Chinese immersively.

• Personalized learning: Tailor-made learning plans and teaching content based on the learning goals and interests of adult students, allowing them to study in depth in areas of interest and achieve better learning results.

• Practical teaching: Emphasis on practicality and practical application, teaching Chinese expression and conversation skills that are closely related to adult students' daily life and work, and helping them quickly apply the knowledge they have learned.

• Multimedia teaching: Combining audio, video and online resources to allow adult students to learn Chinese through multiple sensory methods, improving learning efficiency and memory.
