About Gemima
I am a graduated culinary arts student and now trainee food and nutrition teacher.I teach 12 lessons a week at secondary school currently from ages 11-16. I am passionate aboyt food education and believe it is an essential part of school curriculum in order for pupils to understand the importance of a balanced diet.
