About Theo

my name is Theo Thomas and i am 20 living in london. I have played football at academy level, playing fa youth cup and also at county level for inner london. I've also competed at the london youth games for southwark in the 200 & 300m. Im currently an amateur boxer with aspirations of going to the olympics. You should chose me because i can get you into the shape of a boxer which requires a lot of effort and won’t be easy, but the end goal is satisfying and 100% worth it.

About the lesson

My lessons teach you the fundamentals and proper techinque of boxing and gives you the fitness of a high level boxer with elite fitness training. These lessons are for any level and any ages, so if you have little experience dont feel intimidated i work with any level.

Equipment checklist:

• Water or any hydration drink of your liking
• Trainers

Perfect! Perfect! Theo is a great trainer, very professional. He came and met me in my local park early in the morning which was very convenient for me. We did cardio, foot work and pad work. Had a great session.
