About Anthony
My name is Anthony McUne, and I am from Southern Utah. I am currently a Junior in high school, as well as a sophomore at Southern Utah University. I am an honors student with a 3.9 high school GPA, and a 3.9 cumulative college GPA. My current cumulative ACT score is 33, and I scored a 34 in both science and mathematics. I have been tutoring locally since I was 14, and am excited to broaden my reach. Helping people learn has always been a big thing for me, so you can have confidence that you will have my full attention throughout your lessons.

My typical teaching methods include examples as well as guided work throughs where you will work through problems and concepts while I assist you and explain them in easy-to-understand ways. A typical one hour lesson plan includes a start where I get an understanding of what exactly you need assistance with, and then, after a brief conceptual explanation, work through a sample problem. After that, I will simultaneously solve a few problems with you. Then, as you work through problems on your own, I will help where needed until the concept is locked in. I have tutored many people and have become very good at explaining concepts in ways tailored specifically to you, which means each lesson is different. I an be of assistance for a wide variety of high school and middle school subjects, such as math and science, as well as ACT prep for those categories as well.
