About Rachael
I am currently a Junior pursuing a BS in Environmental Science with a minor in Geographic Information Systems at Oregon State University. I recently received an Associate of Arts with honors in Environmental Studies from a nearby community college. In my spare time, I enjoy playing with my dog, reading, and writing poetry.

I have a positive and encouraging approach to students that illuminates their personal skills and ability. I believe in a learning environment that allows the student to work at their own pace and encourages them to ask questions. I approach students with patience and empathy, as I can understand how it feels to be struggling in a class. I structure lessons individually based on the students needs to create an inclusive environment, especially mindful of neurodivergent students.
