Obviously, the one thing private tutions will give you is the individual attention. I have been known to understand the student first, figure out what are my student's interest so that I can teach in a way, give examples in a way, that he/ she will be able to grasp the concept well. When it comes to math, I first brush up with all the basics, because it's super important, and then go ahead with what is required for the student's grade.
