About Hunter
Being a fellow student and having worked with other students both in group settings and 1-on-1 sessions for 4+ years, I can say I empathize with other students' struggles. With this in mind, I can assure the student that I will do my best to make this teaching experience an engaging one. If the student has any problems with my method of teaching or any of my other practices they are free to voice their concerns and I will listen and make the necessary changes to these practices so that the student is comfortable and isn't discouraged from continuing our sessions. I want to make sure I am doing my job effectively and properly, so any reviews or criticisms are welcome at any time during our sessions.

When I teach, I try my best to make the material as intuitive and digestible as possible. I provide extra practice problems beyond what is assigned by their instructor and work out example problems step-by-step if the student is struggling with the material. Often times I check for mastery of the material by having the student make up their own problems and then having them solve the problems.
