About Kathrine
My name is Kathrine Ivanova and I am continuing my studies at St Dominics Sixth Form College. I would like to tutor maths as I always used to struggle with it until I began listening to every lesson I was taught as well as going home and doing countless exam question practice. I managed to secure a top grade in my GCSE maths so the hard work paid off and I wish that everyone can reach their full potential in maths as long as effort and time is put into tutoring. So, I can be patient with anyone I'm tutoring as I understand that it's not always simple to understand methods and approaches in maths questions.

I would love to help children out with their maths, mainly due to the fact that I always struggled with it but then listened to every lesson I had and did a lot of practice questions. I can ensure they learn key formulae and approaches to any form of maths questions, whether it's arithmetic or more complicated algebra. I have patience with children when it comes to learning maths as I understand it can be a struggle when you are unaware of how to answer a question. I’m happy to sit with children and explain to them thoroughly how key principles work and why the given method of answering a question is most appropriate. After all my hard work put into maths, I managed to secure a top grade in it in my GCSEs and I want that for any child.
