I had the privilege of being taught by Madam Fatin Farhana from Form 1 until Form 5 while preparing for my SPM. Throughout those five years, she was always incredibly patient and dedicated to making sure every student truly understood the topic before moving on. Chemistry is not an easy subject, but she never gave up on her students. If someone didn’t understand a lesson, she would explain it again in different ways and provide extra exercises until they finally mastered it.

One thing I appreciate most about her teaching is that she genuinely cares about her students’ progress. She is soft-spoken, approachable, and creates a comfortable learning environment that makes students enjoy attending her classes and feel confident asking questions.

Personally, I struggled a lot with Chemistry. I failed the subject many times, even during my SPM trial examinations. However, thanks to her continuous guidance, encouragement, and extra practice, I managed to improve and achieved a C+ in my actual SPM. It may not be the highest grade, but for me it was a huge achievement, and I honestly don’t think I could have done it without her support.
