About Uzziel
I am an academic professional driven by innovation and technology transfer. My approach to teaching is centered on understanding the audience in terms of; age group, background, and interests.
From infancy through adolescence to adulthood, learners tend to transition from a state of being tabula rasa to a state of possessing their own form of vygotsky, hence the paradigm shift from pedagogy to andragogy philosophy of teaching.
I also strive to close the gap between theory and practice as learners appreciate concepts better from practical approach.

With extensive experience in both pedagogy and andragogy, I'm equipped to cater to learners of all ages, from kindergarten to adult education. My journey in education has taken me across various states, where I've had the privilege of working with children of different backgrounds and learning abilities. I also have experience of lecturing in higher and tertiary institutions within the chemical engineering discipline.
